Background
David Aerts holds a Master's degree in Electronics (Ingénieur Industriel en Électricité, orientation Électronique) from the Institut Supérieur Industriel de Bruxelles (1998–2003).
He started his career at eServGlobal (2004–2010), where he progressed from 2nd line Support Engineer to Technical Lead and then Team Leader, working on Call Control and prepaid charging solutions for European and APAC telecom providers.
From 2010 to 2015, he worked at Oracle as a Senior Principal Support Engineer on Oracle Communications products, including NCC (Network Charging and Control) and BRM (Billing and Revenue Management), providing worldwide assistance and leading the NCC product knowledge group.
From 2015 to 2018, he was Billing Systems Manager at Satellic NV, leading a team of developers and data analysts on monitoring and reporting applications for the main Toll Service Provider for heavy duty vehicles in Belgium.
In January 2019, he co-founded DNA Solutions with David Renaers.
