Click2Drive: multi-tenant CRM for a driving school consortium

Challenge

Each school in the consortium ran its own combination of disconnected tools: student registration, instructor scheduling, vehicle allocation, official document generation, payment tracking. The consortium wanted to centralize operations and unlock cross-school features, but every school insisted on keeping its operational autonomy and its own data boundary. Granular per-school permissions were non-negotiable.

Approach

Click2Drive is a multi-tenant custom CRM covering the full student lifecycle: online pre-registration, validation, multi-product course assignment, payment tracking. The scheduling module coordinates lessons, instructors, vehicles, and calendar sync. A distinctive dynamic-template engine (word-processor style with dynamic fields, loops, and tables) generates official documents (road sheets, registration cards) directly from live data. Instructors get a mobile-first interface with digital road sheets, attendance, mileage tracking, observations, and e-signature. Students get a dashboard with planned lessons, completed sessions, and payment status. Role-based permissions enforce strict isolation between schools.
